Microsoft has announced several updates to its AI tool, Copilot. One of the main improvements is an upgraded version of Copilot Vision for mobile devices. This feature was originally created for the Edge browser. It allowed Copilot to browse and comment on website content. Now, the mobile version includes new multimedia features.

It can connect with the phone’s camera. This allows Copilot to analyze live video and saved photos in real time. For example, it can identify plant fruits and determine if they are edible. It can also suggest how to prepare them. This feature is already available in the Copilot app for iOS and Android. A web version for Windows is on the way.

Another new feature is Copilot Search. It brings AI technology into Bing. Microsoft now calls Bing an “AI-powered search engine.” It can provide quick summaries of answers to user questions.

Microsoft also introduced Copilot Memory. This tool focuses on personalization. It lets Copilot remember things about the user—like favorite foods, movie genres, birthdays, or interests. Based on this, Copilot can make helpful suggestions. It might buy tickets, order flowers, or book a dinner reservation. This feature works across most websites.

The update also adds more tools. These include automatic podcast creation based on chosen topics. It also offers shopping advice based on your web activity. Many of these features are already available. Others are being rolled out gradually.
