1993

The foundations of today’s CS21 Nextnet, s.r.o. were laid in 1993 thanks to three computer establishments/shops in Ostrava, Nový Jičín and Karviná (at that time still as part of the Ostrava branch of the Prague company ELKO).

1994

On August 19th, 1994, an independent trading company CS21 Ostrava, spol. s r.o. was established, focused not only on sales, but also on providing comprehensive IT services.

2000

After 2000 the end sale and direct supply of computer technology products, including the production of its own Xerius computers, receded into the background and in response to changes in the market, the company focused on providing comprehensive IT services and delivering ICT solutions. This was the beginning of cooperation with selected world producers of computer technology.

2005

In 2005 the portfolio of services was significantly expanded. The continuous demand of clients to ensure not only the supply of computer technology and outsourcing of services, but also a high-quality Internet connection, led to the purchase of the local Internet network Nextnet and the final renaming of the company to CS21 Nextnet, s.r.o. The company thus acquired the necessary know-how and over the next 3 years its client base expanded by more than ten times. At the same time the company gained the trust of the multinational company IBM and became its contractor for selected technical activities.

2008

The global economic crisis in 2008 meant for CS21 Nextnet, s.r.o. a further increase in pressure on the quality and competitiveness of its services and the search for new business opportunities. The company has therefore started to design, deliver and implement security for companies and institutions with Cisco and SkyVera systems, including consulting and service.

2009

Thanks to the strategic partnership with the financial company VB Leasing in 2009 the company opened the way to satisfying the requirements of clients without sufficient financial background. Operational leasing of information technology has become both a hit and a standard at the same time.

2010

In March 2010 CS21 Nextnet, s.r.o. represented the Czech Republic at the international conference of the International Association of Microsoft Certified Partners (IAMCP) in Brussels and began to actively participate in the emerging trend of cloud services.
